Didn't find what you were looking for in our catalogue?
If you are unable to find what you were looking for in our catalogue we may be able to borrow a copy of the book or audiobook from another Ontario library.
Before requesting an item through Interlibrary Loan, please check the Libraries in Niagara Cooperative (LiNC) catalogue to ensure we do not have the item. If the item you're looking for was published within the last two years, consider suggesting a purchase.
How can I request an item through Interlibrary Loan?
Interlibrary loan requests can be submitted in the following ways:

What can I request?
The following can be requested through Interlibrary Loan:
- Print material (fiction and nonfiction) published more than one year ago
- Large print material (fiction and nonfiction) published more than one year ago
- Audiobooks published more than one year ago
- Microfilm from the Archives of Ontario
The following cannot be requested through Interlibrary Loan:
- New material released less than a year ago
- DVDs, Blu-rays or Video Games
- Magazines
- Items in digital formats (e-books or e-audiobooks)
When will I be notified?
- If we are unable to loan an item you will be notified by phone or email
- Once the item has arrived you will receive an email notification or phone call
