Borrowing using Hoopla
Monthly borrowing limit: 5
Items return automatically with no late fees attached. There are no waitlists. You get five fresh borrows every month, even if you already have other items checked out. This means you could have up to 10 items out at one time. You can borrow whatever you like as long as you have borrows left that month.
