The Grimsby Public Library Board
Town Council appoints a 10-member board to govern the Grimsby Public Library. The board is responsible for making policies for the operation of the library, obtaining appropriate funding for library materials, services and programs, and for promoting the library in the community. The board members volunteer for a four-year term that runs concurrent with the term of Town Council. For more information, please email the Chief Librarian, or call her at 905-309-2065. The Grimsby Public Library Board operates under the authority of the Ontario Public Libraries Act R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.44 and obeys the Grimsby Public Library Board procedural by-laws.
